Crafted Ever After is a business located in the North West Coast of Tasmania, Australia, solely owned by myself, Jaymee. A young mum of a young girl, Everleigh ♡

I began our business shortly after my daughter was born. She was born 10 weeks premature, and we were in hospital 7 weeks. This was such a stressful time for me and my family. To pass time, I began brainstorming ways to make a bit of extra cash on the side and keep busy while still being with my daughter, considering I was off work. Though I didn’t just decide “oh I’m going to start a business”. I started out by selling Christmas Baubles on my personal Facebook Page, for family and friends, which turned into people asking if I would ship to Queensland and Western Australia. 

This got me thinking, there is so much more that I can do, so many more things I can personalise. Me, having a different spelling for what you usually see for Jaymee, I’d never find items in the store that have my spelling, and I know so many more that are in the same position. So I went ahead and created the Facebook Page, Crafted Ever After. Named after my daughter Everleigh, because if it wasn’t for her arrival I wouldn’t have been inspired to do this. 

I love crafts and making things so much! But I never ever thought it’s something I could make a business out of. Until my ex and mother joined forces in buying me my own cricut machine, as after creating my Facebook page I got over 200 bauble orders. This opened up so many more opportunities of things I could create, from apparel, stationery, shadow boxes and the possibilities are endless! 

Now here we are, me creating my own website, with many more collections in the works. I appreciate the support from every single person who has ordered from me and has made this possible! This is a huge step, but it’s making my dream a reality and allowing me to stay home with my beautiful daughter. ♡
